CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
As the person responsible for the execution of our projects, you are ultimately responsible for the quality, planning and budget of our projects.
The highly demanding nature of our projects will lead you to manage complex technical aspects & coordinate particularly tight schedules involving numerous participants.
You will be ENGEPAR’s main interface with our workers & construction partners, but also a key interface for our corporate clients.
You will work in close partnership with our Engineering teams & Design partners and will be involved in all phases of the projects, including commercial phase & preparation phase.

SITE SUPERVISOR
You will be the right hand of the Construction Manager on site and assist him in the execution.
As co-responsible for the execution of the projects, you will coordinate our teams of workers & subcontractors.
You will be responsible for logistics and safety on the site and ensure the quality of the execution & planning of our projects.
The demanding nature of our projects requires you to manage complex technical aspects and coordinate numerous parties.
You will be a key ENGEPAR liaison with our employees and construction partners.

PROJECT ENGINEER
Your role – highly strategic – is to
(a) Lead the tendering of new projects & maximize our commercial success
(b) Prepare the execution of jobsites with our Construction Managers
(c) Continuously optimize our processes
Through your role, you will be an essential hub between our customers, design partners, Construction Managers, and suppliers/subcontractors. Your role will be both highly technical AND commercial, analytical AND people-oriented.

DEPUTY CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
You will be the Construction Manager’s right-hand man, assisting him with site execution. You will be responsible from A to Z for logistics & safety on our sites and will play a very active role in the coordination and supervision of workers and trades. The demanding nature of our projects will require you to manage complex technical aspects. You will be ENGEPAR’s key interface with our workers and trades, as well as with our customers.
